Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we do require 24 hours notice. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours are subject to a full service fee. Late arrival to your appointment may result in customizing your appointment to fit in the remaining appointment time or will have to be rescheduled. (Full service fee will still apply)
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your product purchase we are happy to do an exchange for a different product within 7 days of the original purchase date with the receipt.
We offer a 1 week grace period with all stylists to ensure you are fully satisfied with your service.
Gift Cards
Your Romeo Salon Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Romeo Salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not for resale.
